Shipping policy

Shipping Policy

Shipping starts at $8, based on your location and the weight of your order. Once you’ve entered your shipping address, shipping will be calculated at checkout. All orders are shipped out in the order they are received.

Production & Processing Time

Most of our styles are custom, made to order. Please allow 2–3 additional business days for production, in addition to shipping time. When selecting your shipping method, be sure to factor in this production time.

Orders are processed and shipped Tuesday through Friday only. If you need an order by a specific date, please contact us directly before placing your order so we can confirm availability and timelines.


Shipping Methods

UPS Shipping (Continental USA only)
Orders cannot be canceled or modified once UPS or USPS has picked up your package. We are not liable for any incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout.

UPS does not ship to PO Boxes. If a PO Box is entered, your order will automatically ship via USPS Priority Mail.

UPS Ground
All orders ship out of Miami Springs, FL. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Express Shipping (2nd Day Air, Next Day Air, 3 Day Select)
All express orders must be placed by 12 PM EST to ship the same day. Orders placed after 12 PM EST will ship the following business day (weekends not included).

Weekends are not included or guaranteed as delivery days.


USPS Priority Mail

Orders shipping to Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, islands, and U.S. territories ship via USPS Priority Mail.
All U.S. orders with PO Boxes will also ship via USPS.

We ship USPS orders within 48 hours, however carriers may experience delays once packages are in transit. Please monitor your tracking information and contact your local post office for updates if needed.


In-Store Pickup

Free In-Store Pickup is available for local customers. Select Local Pickup at checkout instead of shipping.

Please wait for your “Ready for Pickup” confirmation email before coming in, or call/text 305-846-1251.
Orders are usually ready same day (weekends not included). No shipping fees apply.


Lost Packages

We are not responsible for delayed, lost, or stolen packages once they are in the possession of the shipping carrier. Delays and misdeliveries can occur due to carrier-related issues.

Please monitor your tracking information closely. You may contact UPS or USPS directly as the recipient. You may also contact us, and we will do our best to assist; however, we cannot replace or reimburse lost or stolen packages.

All orders are insured up to $50. If your package is lost or stolen, you must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. Any claim amounts over $50 are the customer’s responsibility. We will assist you throughout the process as much as possible.


Gift Cards

Gift cards purchased online are emailed to the email address used at checkout. No physical card is mailed.
Gift cards are final sale. Store credit cannot be used toward the purchase of a gift card.


Shipping Costs

Average shipping cost is approximately $8–$12 for 2–3 day domestic shipping.
Next-day shipping typically ranges from $25–$35.

Refer to your shipping confirmation email for your tracking number. Click the tracking link provided for updates.
